1. How can I return an item?
We're sorry you're not entirely happy with your item. Of course, you can return it to us within the return period.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following:
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt .
Returns are at your own expense. Please select insured shipping appropriate to the value of the goods. You are free to choose the shipping provider.
You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
We can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and that do not have the original attached label removed.
Processing your return usually takes no longer than 3 working days .
⚠️ Note: Personal shopping items are non-returnable.
2. How do I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your purchase amount. This usually happens within 2–3 business days of processing. Depending on the payment method and bank, it may take a little longer. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
