We ship exclusively with DHL – always fully insured for the entire value of the goods and with a tracking number. As a customer, you are therefore completely protected from shipping to delivery.
Returns can be initiated directly via the link in your shipping confirmation (order status). The cost of the provided DHL label, €6.46, will be deducted from the refund.
